Penghargaan berupa beasiswa kuliah ini diserahkan langsung oleh Rektor Ubhara Jaya, Inspektur Jenderal Polisi (Purn) Dr. Drs Bambang Karsono, S.H., M.M. dalam kegiatan Seminar Nasional bertema, “Inovasi Sistem Pembinaan dan Kepelatihan dalam Mewujudkan Desain Besar Olahraga Nasional Menuju Indonesia Maju,” yang berlangsung di Auditorium Ubhara Jaya, Selasa Pagi (16/11/2021).
Dalam sambutannya, sebelum memberi penghargaan beasiswa kepada Mahasiswa berprestasi ini, Rektor Ubhara Jaya mengatakan, “Saudara-saudara semua telah berlaga pada PON XX PAPUA dan telah melakukan upaya terbaik, baik secara fisik, taktik dan mental untuk meraih prestasi puncak.
